Minor adjustments may be accommodated, while major modifications or scope changes can affect delivery dates and incur additional charges. Clients agree to fulfill invoice payments on time; failure to do so may lead to project delays, service suspensions, or restricted portal access.

07 - 09. Delivery, Support & Hosting Services

Project milestones are estimated in good faith depending on client collaboration and complexity. Support services are subject to your active maintenance agreement. Domains, hosting, and SSL products are typically provisioned via third-party providers, and Grow Trusted is not liable for third-party outages or pricing updates.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Clients retain ownership of materials they supply. Grow Trusted retains exclusive rights to proprietary frameworks, reusable libraries, development tools, code structures, and templates. Custom deliverable ownership transfers to the client only after full, cleared payment has been received.

11 & 12. Acceptable Use & Confidential Information

Users must refrain from malware distribution, unauthorized access attempts, spamming, or violating applicable laws. Both parties mutually agree to protect sensitive business data, source codes, and credentials shared during project execution.

13 - 15. Service Availability, Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without guarantees of specific commercial growth or uninterrupted uptime due to maintenance or force majeure events. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grow Trusted's total liability is capped at the specific amount paid for the disputed service.
